Moxy St. Petersburg Downtown

10/10 recommend this hotel! We love the Moxy hotels and this lived up to our expectations! Charlie was absolutely amazing upon check in and had the best recommendations. He made us feel welcome right off the bat. The rooms were clean and the rooftop pool was fabulous! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the St. Pete area!

The service at this hotel is so good! Angel in the coffee shop is a very hard and efficient worker and makes the BEST Sunshine Smoothie. Sabrina at the front desk went above and beyond and when we asked for some extra pillows she delivered them even though she was manning the front desk. Caroline, the bartender at the rooftop bar was so friendly and kind. She treated every customer so nicely and mixed a great drink! Lastly, Sam who also worked in the rooftop bar was amazing! So friendly and such a hard worker. Kudos to these Ladies

The hotel was vibrant, clean, with great amenities. My only complaint is there are two rooms on each floor that are smaller than the rest and if you get one of the two on level 2, your window stares straight at a concrete wall, making the room feel even smaller. Make sure you don't stay in unit 204.

Moxy was incredible and accommodating after an issue at another hotel. My favorite aspect was the energy displayed upon walking into the penthouse pool deck and seeing Caroline’s amazing smile and enthusiasm for life. It’s people like this that makes a patron want to stay and come back again. She created a vibe that allowed many random people to interact and become friends right in front of me. Very grateful for the experience, sweet people.

We had an fantastic stay at the Moxy. The vibe is fun, eclectic, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The rooms could use a little extra space to lay your things out and a real closet would definitely be helpful, but the beds and pillows are super comfy. We thought that the overall atmosphere was fun and upbeat...And then there was Caroline. We met her at the pool bar first and later again at the lobby bar, and she was consistently amazing both times. She is so sweet, always smiling, and truly a breath of fresh air. Her positive energy made us feel genuinely welcome and completely taken care of. It’s obvious she genuinely enjoys what she does, and meeting her absolutely elevated our entire stay. Moxy is lucky to have her, and we’ll absolutely be back hoping she’s the one behind the bar again.

This is our 2nd time staying here and I already want to book another staycation. The staff truly is amazing and goes above and beyond. Mackenzie is so amazing and friendly. Along with Kejon & Diego - everyone was so accommodating! Vibes are great all day and I enjoyed catching up on work in the lobby with my iced coffee from Roses. Rooms are always clean and I love the hall closet for easy access to extra towels. Easy access to everything and scooter availability nearby which was perfect. I can’t thank the staff enough for such an amazing getaway!

We love the Moxy Hotels. Once we heard there was a Moxy in St. Petersburg we had to stay there! It was a fantastic experience. We were so welcomed the second we walked through the doors to check in to our room. Charlie at the front desk was incredibly nice and generous while checking us in. The roof top bar and pool was an awesome amenity too. Caroline the bartender was very sweet to us and made us some fantastic drinks for our poolside hang. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, it won’t let you down!

Great location in downtown St. Pete! I loved that the hotel felt like its own destination — the rooftop pool and bar were a highlight. Rose’s coffee shop was convenient and a great start to the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and above average. What really made this stay stand out was the staff — Sam, Hannah, and Angie were fantastic and made us want to come back. Would absolutely stay here again.
